Ingredients

medium sized Button Mushrooms
3 tbsp
Olive Oil
Salt
and Black pepper
1 tbsp
freshly chopped Parsley
1 teasp
freshly chopped Marjoram
2
Garlic Cloves, crushed
A
squeeze of Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and leave to marinate for 10
minutes.
2. Thread the mushrooms onto 4 short skewers and cook over medium to hot coals
for 10-15 minutes, turning from time to time and basting with any remaining oil
mixture. Serve immediately.
