Parmesan Chicken HT BBQ

Serves 4 Hot Poultry Main Course Barbecue
Ingredients
50g/2oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs
50g/2oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp seasoned Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
8 Chicken Drumsticks, skinned
Instructions
1.
Mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Place on a large plate. Set aside.
2.
Place the beaten eggs in a shallow dish and the seasoned flour on another plate.

Roll each drumstick in seasoned flour to coat on all sides, then dip in the egg

Chill for 30 minutes.
5. Cook over hot coals for 30 - 40 minutes, turning frequently, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
