Pineapple Cranberry Basting  Sauce

Makes 240ml/8 fl. oz.    Cold  Fruit  Accompaniment  Barbecue  Savoury  Sauce  Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless




175g/6oz tinned Crushed Pineapple with syrup

3 tbsp Cranberry Sauce  (check ingredients)

1 tbsp Chilli Sauce (check ingredients)

1 tbsp Wine Vinegar





1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.


2. Use to baste pork, poultry or sweet potatoes for the last 15 minutes of cooking. Heat the remainder and serve hot to accompany the meal.
