Pork with Vermouth HT BBQ MC 20mins plus marinating
Serves 4 Hot Pork Alcohol Vegetables Herbs Main Course Barbecue Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 120ml/4fl.oz. Red Vermouth 120ml/4fl.oz. Dry White Vermouth ½ teasp Lemon Juice 480ml/16fl.oz. Olive Oil 3 Onions, finely chopped 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 teasp Dried Oregano 1 Red Capsicum (sweet pepper), chopped Salt and Black Pepper 8 Pork Shoulder Chops
Instructions
1.
Place all the ingredients (apart from the pork) in a large mixing bowl and blend

Add the pork, mix well and leave for at least 4 hours, turning from time to
time.
3. Grill over medium hot coals for 8-10 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
A sauce can be made with the remaining marinade. Just add a little cornflour which has been mixed with a little water and and heat gently, whisking all the time, until thickened.
