Potatoes with Onion Veg HT BBQ ACC 55mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Barbecue Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 4 Medium sized Potatoes, washed and scrubbed 1 Large Onion, sliced Butter Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Par-boil the potatoes in their skins for 10 minutes. Drain and cut each into
4 thick slices.
2. Place slices of onions between each slice of potato and re-assemble the
potato.
3. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and place each re-assembled potato on a double layer of
aluminium foil large enough to completely wrap them. Add a knob of butter to
each potato then wrap securely with the foil. 4. Place
the wrapped potatoes amongst the coals and cook for approximately 40 minutes until the onion is tender. Serve
hot.
