Ingredients
2 tbsp
Natural Yoghurt
1 Egg,
beaten
25g/1oz
Onion, finely chopped
2 teasp
Freshly chopped Oregano
40g/1
½ oz White Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp
Freshly chopped Parsley
Salt
and Black Pepper
350g/12oz
Minced Quorn
Olive
Oil
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until
thoroughly blended.
2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Well grease 4 skewers with oil. Divide the quorn mixture into 4 then
using wet hands, mould each quarter
around each of the skewers, squeezing firmly to create compact sausage shapes.
4. Brush the kebabs with
olive oil then cook over medium coals for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with extra
olive oil, until browned and cooked through.
Serve immediately with a yoghurt based sauce.
