4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned
4 Spring Onions, finely chopped
6 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 tbsp Red Bean Paste
2 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Cut each breast in half then flatten with a rolling pin or meat hammer. Score
the flesh in several places with the tip of a sharp knife.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and blend thoroughly.
Add the flattened chicken to the bowl and mix well.
Cook over medium coals for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining
Serve cut into 5cm/2 inch slices.
