Red Chicken HT MC BBQ 25mins
Serves 4 Hot Poultry Main Course Barbecue Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned 4 Spring Onions, finely chopped 6 Garlic Cloves, crushed 2 tbsp Red Bean Paste 2 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Cut each breast in half then flatten with a rolling pin or meat hammer. Score the flesh in several places with the tip of a sharp knife.
2.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and blend thoroughly.
3.
Add the flattened chicken to the bowl and mix well.

Cook over medium coals for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining
5. Serve cut into 5cm/2 inch slices.
