Salami and Cheese Loaf

1 French Stick
100g.4oz Cheddar Cheese, sliced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
50g/2oz Sliced Salami
1. Make diagonal cuts about 1cm/½ inch apart through the top of the loaf
but not cutting through the bottom crust.
2. Butter the slices on both sides then place a slice of cheese, salami
and tomato in between each cut slice. Wrap in aluminium foil and refrigerate
until ready to serve.
3. To serve - unwrap the loaf, cut through the bottom
crust of each slice and serve like an open sandwich.
