8 Chicken Wings
For the marinade
Juice of 1-2 Lemons
1 Small Onion, grated
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
½ teasp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Ginger Syrup
¼ teasp Ground Cinnamon
¼ teasp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Remove the wing tips from the chicken wings and cut each in half at the joint.
In a bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients until well blended.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, mix well, cover and leave to marinate for at
least 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, sprinkle with the Creole seasoning then
cook over hot coals, turning and basting with the marinade frequently for 20
minutes or until cooked through.
