Spicy Corn on the Cob

Serves 4     Hot  Vegetarian  Vegetables  Accompaniment   Barbecue  Eggless

 

 

Ingredients

50g/2oz Butter

2 tbsp English Mustard

1 teasp Hot Pepper Sauce

2 teasp Horseradish Sauce

4 Corn on the Cobs, husks and silks removed

 

 

Instructions

 

1. Melt butter in a small pan then stir in mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.

   

2. Place each ear of corn on a 30cm/12 inch square piece of heavy duty aluminium foil. Drizzle with the butter mixture then wrap loosely and seal.

 

3. Grill over medium coals for  15-20 minutes, or until corn is tender. Serve hot.
