Steak with Mango and Melon

2 tbsp Olive Oil
75g/3oz Honeydew Melon, peeled and diced
Mango flesh, diced
1 teasp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
Hot Red Pepper Sauce
Salt and Black Pepper
4 Beef Steaks, rump, fillet or sirloin
1. Place the oil, apple,
honeydew, mango, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt, hot pepper sauce to
taste and ground black pepper in a small saucepan. Cook over a low heat for 5
minutes until softened and well blended.
2. Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour over
the marinade. Turn the steaks until well coated, cover and refrigerate
for at least 3 hours. Turn the steaks over halfway through marinating.
3. Grill the steaks over hot coals for 10 minutes per side, basting
with the remaining marinade. Serve hot.
