Thai Chicken Satay HT HD BBQ 15mins plus marinating

Ingredients 1 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter 60ml/2fl.oz Soy Sauce 60ml/2fl.oz. Lemon Juice 1 teasp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Curry Powder 1 Garlic Clove, crushed 1 teasp Hot Pepper Sauce 2 large Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned
Instructions
1 In a mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, curry powder, garlic and pepper sauce.
2. Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the marinade, mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook over medium hot coals for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade. Serve hot.
