Tofu Tikka Masala   


Veg  HT   BBQ   MC  10mins plus marinating



Serves  4   Hot  Vegetarian  Spices  herbs   Main Course  Barbecue 




300g/11oz Tofu, cut into thick slices

4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt

A pinch of Cayenne Pepper

4 teasp Cumin Seeds

2 tbsp Tikka Paste

2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander





1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, apart from the tofu, until well blended.


2. Add the tofu slices and mix well to thoroughly coat. Leave to marinate for 2-3


3. Cook over hot coals for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
