Tofu Tikka Masala
Vegetarian Spices herbs Main Course
300g/11oz Tofu, cut into thick
4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
4 teasp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Tikka Paste
2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, apart from the tofu, until well blended.
Add the tofu slices and mix well to thoroughly coat. Leave to marinate for 2-3
Cook over hot coals for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade.
