Tomato BBQ Sauce
Veg HT CD BBQ 20mins
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 tbsp Water
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 teasp Tabasco
Hot Pepper Sauce
1 small Onion, chopped
1 teasp Lemon Juice
A pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 teasp English Mustard
Salt and Pepper
1 Large Tomato, chopped
8 Pimento stuffed Olives, roughly chopped
1. Place all the ingredients, apart from the olives, in a saucepan, bring
slowly to the boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until reduced and well blended.
2. Stir in the olives and serve hot. Alternatively cool
and refrigerate until ready to use and serve cold. Serve with all savoury foods.
