Two-Bean Burgers Veg HT BBQ MC 20mins

Ingredients 400g/14oz Tinned Black Beans, drained
400g/14oz Tinned Kidney Beans, 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 Onion, grated 1 Egg, beaten 75g/3oz Dry Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander Salt and Cayenne Pepper Other Ingredients Vegetable Oil 8 Thin Slices Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1.
Place the drained beans in a food processor and process until it forms a chunky
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the remaining burger ingredients and mix until well blended.
3.
Form into 8 burgers.
4. Brush the top with oil, turn and cook for a 3 minutes.
5. Place a slice of cheese on the top of each burger and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
