General Notes:

  • All recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and increasing to high.

  • If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

  • Where possible, chill the base liquid beforehand

Banana and Date smoothie Recipe

Each portion supplies 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
9 Large Dates, stoned
1 large Banana, cut into pieces
300ml/10fl.oz. Almond Milk
1 teasp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
 

Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe

Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
1 Large Banana, cut into pieces
75g/3oz Berries
180ml/6fl.oz. Orange Juice
180ml/6fl.oz Natural Yoghurt
½ teasp Vanilla Extract
4 large Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
 

Banana Raspberry Smoothie recipe

Each portion supplies 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
2 Bananas, cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz Pineapple Juice
120ml/4fl.oz. Natural Yogurt
175g/6oz Raspberries
4 Ice Cubes, crushed

Instructions
Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
 

Banana Strawberry Smoothie recipe

Each portion supplies 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
1 Large Banana
200g/7oz Strawberries
240ml/8fl.oz. Vanilla Yoghurt
120ml/4fl.oz. Milk
4 large Ice Cubes, crushed

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


Banana Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

Each portion supplies .5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
240ml/8fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
2 teasp Peanut Butter
2 teasp Chocolate Syrup
1 Banana
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Combine in a blender and mix until smooth.

 

Banana, Pineapple and Orange Smoothie recipe

Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
180ml/6fl.oz. Orange Juice
2 Thick slices Pineapple
2 tbsp Coconut Cream
1 Banana
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Add all Ingredients to blender and process until smooth.


Honey Banana Smoothie recipe

Ingredients
1 Banana
360ml/12fl.oz. Milk
1-2 tbsp Honey
¼ teasp Freshly Ground Nutmeg
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth..


Coconut Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
2 Bananas
240ml/8fl.oz. Coconut Milk
1-2 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
