Beef with Pine Nuts and Raisins HT MC M. Eastern 30mins
Serves 4 Hot Beef Fruit Nuts Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Middle East North African Nth Africa
Ingredients 3tbsp Vegetable
Oil
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan add the pine nuts and sauté for 3 minutes, turning frequently.
2. Add the remaining oil, heat until hot then add the beef and brown on all sides.
4. Add the raisins and allspice, salt and pepper and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring constantly, or until the meat is done. Serve hot with a rice pilaf.
