3 tbsp Pine Nuts
675g/1˝ lb Minced Beef
3 tbsp Raisins
1 teasp Allspice
Salt and Pepper
1. Heat 1
tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan add the pine nuts and sauté for 3
minutes, turning frequently.
2. Add the
remaining oil, heat until hot then add the beef and brown on all sides.
4. Add the
raisins and allspice, salt and pepper and continue to cook for a further 15
minutes, stirring constantly, or until the meat is done. Serve hot with a rice
