Cheese and Meat Loaf HT CD MC English 100mins

Ingredients 500g/1 lb Minced

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180F, 350F, gas Mark 4 and line a loaf tin with parchment or greaseproof paper.
2. Put mince, breadcrumbs, water, onion, egg, mixed herbs, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix well.
3. Cut cheese into 12mm/1/2" squares and stir them through the meat mixture.
4. Turn the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for approx 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
5. To serve - invert onto a serving platter and serve hot or leave in the tin until cold.
