large Onion, roughly chopped
Beef stock (1 stock cube) or roast beef gravy
large Potatoes, peeled thickly sliced

Melt the butter in the pan then add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and
Add the finely chopped mince and stir with the onion until mince browned.
Add the sliced potatoes to the pan along with the beef stock, or roast beef
gravy, cover and bring slowly to the boil.
Simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add the corned beef and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper.
