Roquefort Steaks HT MC
Serves 4 Hot Beef Meat
Main Course Eggless
100g/4oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
50g/2oz Softened Butter
1 Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
4 x 175g /6oz Steaks e.g. Rump, Fillet, Rib Eye
1. Preheat the grill to hot. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cheese,
butter and chilli until well blended.
2. Season the steaks with pepper, drizzle with a very little oil and cook under
the grill for 2 – 5 minutes on each side depending on how well done you like
3. To serve – transfer the steaks to warmed serving plates and immediately top
each with the butter.
