˝lb Sirloin Steak
Large Onion, chopped
fl.oz. Double Cream
Cut the steak into strips 2.5cmx 5cm/1 x 2 inches.
2. Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry for 2

turning from time to time, for 5-10 minutes,
according to taste.
Stir in the Drambuie and cream and heat gently. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
