Rempah (meatballs) HT MC Indonesian 25mins Serves 4 Hot Beef Main Course Gluten wheat Dairy Free Indonesia South East Asia AsianIngredients 350g/12oz Minced Beef 75g/3oz Desiccated Coconut 1 teasp ground Coriander 1/4 teasp Ground Cumin 1 Egg Salt and Black Pepper Oil for shallow frying Instructions 1. In a large bowl, beat together the mince, coconut, coriander and cumin. Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix well. 2. With floured hands, make small balls, pressing the mixture together tightly, about 12mm/1/2inch in diameter. 3. Heat 12mm/ 1/2 inch of oil in a frying pan add the meatballs and fry until brown, turning frequently. 4. Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
