A Weekday Menu Recipe


Spicy Meat Balls    HT  MC  30mins

Serve 4     Hot Beef  Spices  Vegetables  Main Course



1 small Onion, finely chopped

1 Clove Garlic, minced

675g/1½ lb Lean Minced Beef

1 Egg

25g/1oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs

Salt & Pepper

½ teasp Ground Allspice

Oil for shallow frying






1. Put all the ingredients, except the oil, into a bowl and mix well.


2. Shape into walnut sized balls and lightly coat with flour.


3. Shallow fry in oil for about 15 minutes turning once. Serve immediately with a tomato sauce.
