large Onions, chopped
Garlic Cloves, crushed
fl.oz. Red Wine
fl.oz. Hot Beef Stock
and Black Pepper
Small Potatoes, peeled
1. Cut the
meat into 5cm/2 inch cubes. Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole,
add the meat
and brown on all sides. Sprinkle with flour and cook for a further 2-3

garlic, onions, tomato paste and wine and cook for 5 minutes,
add the stock, paprika salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaves and cloves.
