Knead - A rhythmic
action in dough making whereby one end of the dough is
secured by the heel of one hand and stretched away, then
pulled back over the top.

Making up,
cooking and serving your pizza
Once rolled
out, spread the pizza crust liberally with a well
flavoured homemade tomato sauce (recipe below) then top
with ingredients of your choice. Common ingredients used
include grated cheese, onions, sweet peppers or
chillies, anchovies, tuna, pepperoni, ham and olives.
Keep the toppings in small pieces/slices to ensure they
cook through.
Once topped,
cook your pizza in a hot oven for 10 - 15 minutes. |
