Teff Gluten
Free Pastry Crust

Hot Cold Vegetarian Pastries Baked Fayre Gluten wheat
Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients
250g/9oz Teff Flour
A little Salt
120ml/4fl.oz. Water
120ml/4fl.oz Vegetable Oil (use a bland flavoured oil such as groundnut)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190C, 375F, Gas Mark 5. Mix all the ingredients together
in a large mixing bowl to form a dough.
2. Press the dough into pie plate and prick with a fork. Do not attempt to roll
it.
3. Bake for 10 minutes Then fill as usual.
