Runny Honey 3 Large Eggs, beaten until frothy 175g/6oz Self Raising FlourInstructions 1. Preheat the oven to 190C, 375F, Gas mark 5 and butter an 18cm/7inch cake tin. 2. Place the honey in a medium sized bowl and set over a pan of hot water. Stir until warmed through. Once warmed through, beat until frothy then add the eggs and flour and mix well. 3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cake begins to shrink away from the sides of the tin. Turn onto greaseproof paper and cool. Store in an airtight container for 24 hours before serving.
