Orange Biscuits Veg CD CBF 45mins Makes approx. 36 biscuits Cold Vegetarian Fruit Alcohol Baked Fayre Dairy freeIngredients: The grated rind of 1 Orange 100g/4oz Caster Sugar 2 Eggs 2 Egg Yolks 4 tbsp Olive Oil 4 tbsp Dark Rum 225g/8oz Plain Flour, Approx. Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and lightly butter 2-3 baking sheets. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and orange rind until light and thick then continue to mix, gradually adding the oil, rum and enough flour to make a light dough. 3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll out to 5mm/1/2 4inch. Cut rounds out with a cutter, transfer to the baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
