Ingredients:
75g/3oz Butter
60ml/2fl.oz Golden Syrup
75g/3oz Brown Sugar
50g/2oz Cornflakes
50g/2oz Desiccated Coconut
50g/2oz Rolled Oats
50g/2oz Pineapple, finely chopped
Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4 and grease two shallow baking tins.
2.
In a large saucepan, gently melt the butter, syrup and sugar.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4.
Transfer the mixture to the greased tins, pressing down well.
5.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut into squares and leave to set
6. Carefully remove the pieces from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
