Ingredients: 675g/1-1/2lb Icing Sugar
3 Egg Whites 2 teasp Glycerine (check ingredients)

In a large mixing bowl, stir the egg whites lightly with a fork, just enough to

Sift in half the icing sugar and stir with a wooden spoon to thoroughly mix.

Cover with a damp cloth and leave for about 30 minutes, until all the bubbles

Gradually sift in the remaining sugar until it has reached a consistency which

Add the glycerine and mix well.
