Most of the main courses serve 4,  assuming you will be serving more than two additional main course dishes.  The Chinese way of eating usually allows for up to 1 main course dish per person plus accompaniments,  i.e. if there are 4 diners, there will be 3-4 main courses (each serving  4)  plus 2 or 3 side dishes served at the same time. For this reason, there is no vegetarian section as such, as most of  the vegetarian  vegetable dishes can be used as main courses
