Hot 'n Sour Cabbage Veg HT Chinese ACC 20mins

Ingredients
4 Green
Chillies 1/4 Large Cabbage, shredded 2 tbsp Soy sauce Salt and pepper 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 120ml/4fl.oz. Water
Instructions
1.
Cut the chillies in half, remove the seeds and thinly slice.
2. Heat
the oil in a large frying pan to smoking point then add the chillies and stir fry
for 2-3 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir fry for a further 3 minutes.
3. Add the water, cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, stir well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Serve immediately.
