Large Cabbage, shredded
Cut the chillies in half, remove the seeds and thinly slice.
the oil in a large frying pan to smoking point then add the chillies and stir fry
for 2-3 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir fry for a further 3 minutes.
Add the water, cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, stir well,
cover and simmer
for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Serve immediately.
