Sweet rice flour
900ml/30fl.oz. Cold Milk
Stoned Dates, sliced
1. In a
bowl, mix together the rice flour
and ground almonds adding the cold
water a little at a time to make a thick, smooth paste.
Add 120ml/4fl.oz. of milk and mix well.
into a heavy saucepan, add the remaining milk, and slowly heat to just below
boiling point, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, cover and cool.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
serve - Reheat, stirring constantly, then when hot, add the sugar a little at a it
becomes too thick: it should have consistency of melted ice cream.
