Bean Curd with Mushrooms Veg

Serves 4 Hot Chi Vegetarian Main Course Healthy eating China Asia Asian
Ingredients:
5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
225g/8oz Mushrooms, sliced
3 Fresh Bean Curd Cakes (Tofu), cut into 2.5cm/1
240ml/8fl.oz. Strong Vegetable Stock
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt
1/2 teasp Sugar
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Water
1 teasp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Chilli Oil
1 Spring Onion, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Heat 4 tablespoons of the oil in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
