Chicken with Bean Sprouts HT Chinese MC 20mins
Serves 4 Hot Chi Poultry Vegetables Alcohol Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free China Asia Asian
Ingredients 1 teasp Dry Sherry 1 teasp Salt 2 teasp Cornflour 1 Egg White 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned 6 tbsp Vegetable Oil 220g/7oz Fresh Bean Sprouts ½ teasp Sugar Shredded Spring Onion to garnish
Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, mix together the sherry, cornflour, egg white and half the
salt.

Cut the chicken breasts into very thin slices then add to the bowl containing
the sherry mixture and mix well.
