Ingredients 450g/1lb Fresh Green Beans 2 tbsp Black Bean PASTE 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 60ml/2fl.oz. Cold Water 1 tbsp Cornflour
Instructions
1. Wash the beans and cut into 2.5cm/1 inch pieces. Bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the beans and cook for 3-4 minutes. They
should still be quite crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
