Pork with Bamboo Shoot HT Chinese MC 20mins

Chi Pork Vegetables Alcohol Main Course
Ingredients: 200g/7oz Pork Fillet 2 teasp Cornflour ˝ teasp Salt 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Spring Onions, chopped into 2.5cm/1
100g/4oz tinned Bamboo Shoots, thinly 1 ˝tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Dry Sherry 1 teasp Sugar 2 tbsp Stock or Water 1 teasp Sesame Oil
Instructions
1.
Slice the pork very thinly into bite-sized pieces.
2.
In a large bowl, mix together the cornflour and salt then add the pork slices
and mix well.
3.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot. Add the
pork
4.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and heat until very hot then add the bamboo
shoots and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Return the pork to the pan together with the sherry, sugar, stock and soy sauce.
6. Add the sesame oil and serve immediately.
