Sea Bass Parcels HT Chinese MC 25mins

Ingredients: 4 Whole Sea Bass, filleted Salt and Black pepper
3 tbsp Fresh Ginger, cut into julienne 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 16 Chinese Leaves 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 6 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted 4 Spring Onions, sliced on the diagona
Instructions
1.
Cut each fillet into 2 and season with salt and pepper.

Place each fillet on a Chinese leaf, sprinkle the ginger and lemon juice over
the top of the fillets and

Steam the parcels for 15-20
minutes.
4.
5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, heat the sesame oil in a small
pan. Add the garlic and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
5.
To serve - transfer the steamed parcels to a warmed serving platter, drizzle
