A Weekday Menu Recipe



Stir Fried Bok Choy  Veg  HT  Chinese ACC  10mins




Serves  4         Hot    Chi  Vegan Vegetarian   Accompaniment  Gluten Wheat Dairy free  Eggless  China  Asia  Asian




3 tbsp Peanut Oil

1 teasp salt

675g/1˝lb Bok Choy, washed, dried and chopped

4 Garlic Cloves, chopped




1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok until very hot,  add the salt and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.


2. Add the bok choy and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately
