Ingredients 3 tbsp Peanut Oil 1 teasp salt 675g/1˝lb Bok Choy, washed, dried and chopped 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat
the oil in a large frying pan or wok until very hot,
add the salt and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add
