Stir Fried Prawns with Peppers HT Chinese MC 30mins

Ingredients 225g/8oz Shelled Prawns or shrimp 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Ginger 2 Spring Onions, sliced on the diagonal

Capsicums (Sweet Peppers), 100g/4oz Water Chestnuts, sliced 1 tbsp Dry Sherry 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 teasp Cornflour 2 tbsp Water 1/4 teasp Chilli Flakes
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan, add the prawns and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
