Ingredients 225g/8oz Lean pork 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil 100g/4oz tinned sliced Bamboo shoots 2 Spring Onions, chopped 1 Green Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) 1 Red Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 teasp Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp Dry Sherry 1 teasp Salt 1/2 teasp Sugar 1 teasp Sesame Oil
Instructions
1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the pork to the pan, return to the boil, cover and simmer for 3 hours.

Drain the pork, trim off any excess fat and cut into bite size pieces.
Add the pork to the wok along with the soy sauce, chilli sauce, sherry, salt and sugar, then stir fry for a further two minutes.
