teas dried Oregano
Eggs, lightly beaten
and Black Pepper
teasp Freshly chopped Parsley
Garlic Clove, crushed
tbsp Plain Flour
Place all ingredients except flour and oil in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Using floured hands, form the mixture into small balls.
Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan until hot.
Dip the meatballs in the flour and roll to coat then fry them in the hot oil for
about 10 minutes until cooked through and browned on all sides.
Serve hot on
