5 Sheets Nori
Topping: Salmon Roe, Cods Roe, Herring Roe
1. Take a small
ball of sushi and make it into an oval shape just under 5cm/2inches long.
2. Cut each sheet
of nori into 6 strips and wrap 1 strip around sides of the rice. It should come
just above the rice.
3. Place on a
serving platter so it stands firmly (rice upwards) then dab a little wasabi on
the top of the rice then cover the top with a spoonful of roe.
