Konbu Dashi Veg HT ACC Japanese 100min
Makes 960ml/32 fl.oz. Hot Cold Vegetarian Vegan Accompaniment Sauces Stock Japan Asia Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
Ingredients 960ml/32fl.oz. Water 15cm/6 inches long Konbu
1. Wipe the konbu with a clean cloth to remove any dirt then place the konbu in a large saucepan together with the water for 1-1/2 hours.
2. Place over a low heat and slowly bring to the boil.
3. Just before the water boils, remove the konbu.
Use as a stock in various recipes |
