General Notes:

  • All recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and increasing to high.

  • If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

  • Where possible, chill the base liquid beforehand

Breakfast Raspberry smoothie recipe

 
Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
240ml/8fl.oz. Natural Yogurt
50g/2oz Allbran
1 Banana
225g/8oz Raspberries
˝ teasp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Raspberry Apricot  Smoothie recipe


Each portion contains 1.5 of your recommended 5-1-day

Ingredients
175g/6oz Raspberries
3 Apricots (fresh or dried) chopped
3-4 tbsp Honey
480ml/16fl.oz. Milk
4-6 Large Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

 

 

Cherry-Berry Melon Smoothie recipe


Each portion supplies 2 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
˝ Cantaloupe Melon, peeled, seeded and cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz. Apple Juice
14 Cherries, stoned
175g/6oz Raspberries
4 Large Ice Cubes

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
1 Banana
175g/6oz Raspberries
180ml/6fl.oz. Orange Juice
120ml/4fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
˝ teasp Vanilla Extract
Sugar to taste
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


Raspberry, Pineapple, Banana smoothie recipe

Ingredients
2 Bananas, cut into pieces
240ml/8fl.oz Pineapple Juice
120ml/4fl.oz. Natural Yogurt
175g/6oz Raspberries
4 Ice Cubes, crushed

Instructions

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
