Amaretti Peaches
Veg HT DP 35mins
Ingredients 50g/2oz Amaretti Biscuits 4 Peaches, halved and stoned 1 Egg Yolk 25g/1oz Butter 150ml/5fl.oz. White Wine or Sugar Syrup
3. Remove some of the centre flesh
of the peaches, making the hollow a little deeper and add the removed flesh to
the crushed biscuits together with the egg yolk, butter and half the sugar. Mix
well.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar
