350g/12oz Lochshen (Flat Egg Noodles)
150g/5oz Unsalted Butter
2 Cooking Apples
250g/9oz Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs, beaten
2 teasp Ground Cinnamon
½ teasp Baking Soda

Preheat the oven to 180C, 350C, gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a

noodles and cook for 8 minutes or until just tender. Drain very well
in a colander.
3. Melt the remaining butter in the rinsed out saucepan then add the
drained noodles and toss to coat evenly.
4. Coarsely grate the apples and add to the noodles together with
the remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Turn into the prepared oven dish and bake for 1 hour until crisp
and browned. Serve hot or cold.
