Banana in Coconut Milk   Veg HT CD DP Malaysian 15mins

Serves 4-6     Hot Cold Vegetarian Vegan Fruit Dessert Pudding Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless Malaysia South East Asia Asian


900ml/30fl.oz. Coconut Milk
200g/7oz Palm or Brown Sugar
50g/2oz Granulated White Sugar
teasp Salt
8 Bananas


1. Place the coconut milk, palm white sugar, sugar and salt in a large saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring.

2. Cut the bananas into 2.5cm/1-inch pieces, add to boiling mixture then reduce the heat and simmering for about 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
