Banana in Coconut Milk

900ml/30fl.oz. Coconut Milk
200g/7oz Palm or Brown Sugar
50g/2oz Granulated White Sugar
½ teasp Salt
1. Place the coconut milk, palm white sugar, sugar and salt in a large saucepan
and bring to the boil, stirring.
2. Cut the bananas into 2.5cm/1-inch pieces, add to boiling mixture then reduce
the heat and simmering for about 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
