A  Weekday  Menu Recipe


Caramel Bananas    Veg  HT  DP  15mins

Serves 4      Hot Vegetarian Fruit Dessert Pudding Gluten Wheat Free Eggless

Ingredients
225g/8oz Brown Sugar
6 tbsp Honey
100g/4oz Butter
4 Bananas, peeled and sliced

Instructions

1. Place the sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add the banana slices and stir to coat. Serve hot with cream or ice cream.
