Chocolate Ricotta Figs Veg CD DP 15mins
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Fruit Dessert
Pudding Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
450g/1lb Ricotta Cheese
100g/4oz Good Quality Plain Chocolate, grated
The Grated Zest of 2 Oranges
250g/9oz Packet Ready to Eat Soft Figs
4 tbsp Maple Syrup
1. Place the ricotta, grated chocolate and orange zest in a mixing bowl and mix
2. Cut each fig in half, place a spoonful of the ricotta mixture on one half
then top each with the corresponding half to sandwich the 2 halves back
3. Place the figs on individual serving plates and drizzle the maple syrup over
the figs just before serving.
